At eTouch, we believe in giving you choices that address your enterprise 2.0 needs without placing unnecessary restrictions on how you support and manage your collaborative efforts. With that in mind, eTouch offers three flexible deployment options for SamePage.

Enterprise

For customers who would like to manage their collaborative solution on-premise behind the corporate firewall, we offer the Enterprise Edition - an option that gives your team a number of customization options and maximum control over the application. The Enterprise edition is rigorously tested for scalability and supports a number of advanced enterprise features like LDAP/SSO integration, Multi-tenancy or clustering for scalability. Further, Enterprise customers can opt for standard or premium support packages to ensure prompt response by the SamePage team to any on-premise support issues.

SamePage Enterprise is geared for businesses and organizations that would like to have a well-supported, scalable wiki solution running within their firewalls.

Community

For customers who want a lighter version of our on-premise Enterprise Edition, we now offer a Community Edition with less features but free of charge. While all end-user features are included, the Community Edition does not support advanced enterprise features like LDAP/SSO integration, Multi-tenancy or clustering for scalability. Users of the Community edition do not have access to support; they do have access to SamePage Community Forums on the support site featuring customer discussions.

Organizations can get started with the free Community Edition and choose to upgrade to an Enterprise Edition at any time.

On-Demand

For customers who prefer to avoid the cost of installing, upgrading, patching and maintaining the software in-house, eTouch offers dedicated hosting capabilities through the SamePage On-Demand Edition. This provides the most rapid method of deployment with no need for any hardware or software. This option includes automatic upgrades, as well as our standard support package.

SamePage On-Demand is ideal for SMBs that want to have a supported software while minimizing initial capital and eliminating the need for on-premise IT infrastructure.
